I give consent for my child to participate in the Alisha Howk Girl Wrestling Camp at Cameron High School. I understand that wrestling is a strenuous sport and injury can occur. I hereby waive and dismiss any and all claims for damage or personal injury that may incur while attending this clinic. I assume all risks for my child, associated with attending this clinic and hereby release the Alisha Howk, Cameron Coaches, and Cameron High School from all claims or liabilities of any kind. *
