I give consent for my child to participate in the Gerber Triple Threat Clinic. I understand that wrestling is a strenuous sport and injury can occur. I hereby waive and dismiss any and all claims for damage or personal injury that may incur while attending this clinic. I assume all risks for my child, associated with attending this clinic and hereby release the Gerbers and Cameron High School from all claims or liabilities of any kind. *
